Job Description:

The Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Associate position involves facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions and fostering new business opportunities for the ERG Investment Sales and Finance Division Teams.

As business development is essential to these roles, the ability to form and maintain over-the-phone and in-person relationships with current and potential clients is essential.

The ideal candidate for these positions will also understand the fundamentals of business development, which include, but are not limited to: sales, marketing, product valuation, contract negotiation, market research and due-diligence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Over-the-Phone Sales and Marketing
- Business Development
- Investment Property Analysis
- Forming and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Contract Negotiation/ Closings
- Energetic Marketing of Listed Commercial Properties


No Experience Required!


What we are looking for:

- Willing to obtain a New York Real Estate license after hire
